Chocolate Caramel Slices
Zutaten für 16 Portionen:
Bottom layer:
120g dates
100g almonds
Middle caramel
50g very soft dates (I used mazafi dates, but you can also go for usual ones and just place them in water for an hour)
2tsp almond butter
30ml almond milk
Top layer w/ chocolate:
100g chocolate
100g dates
30g almonds
Zubereitung
Mix the ingredients for the bottom and place them in a cake tin, really press them together sothaz they don't fall apart. Next, mix the caramel and add it on top of the bottom, it should be more liquid. Add the mixture of the chocolate layer on top, don't worry of the caramel is still too soft sothat layer 2 and 3 mix up a bit. Place everything on the fridge for an hour to harden, cut and enjoy ;)
