Gnocchi al pomodoro e basilico

Zutaten für 3 Portionen:

• 500g Gnocchi (without eggs)
• 300g Tomatoes
• 1 Zucchini
• 1 Red Onion
• 5 sprigs of basil
• Tomato paste (to taste)
• Balsamic cream (to taste)
• vegetable oil
• salt, pepper

Zubereitung

First cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in oil at medium heat. Dice the zucchini and tomatoes and put aside. Add the gnocchi to the onion and fry on all sides for 5 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, zucchinis, tomato paste and chopped basil except for a basil tip. Fry everything for several more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and arrange with balsamic cream and basil tip. Bon appetit!
