Creamy Spinach One-Pot Pasta

Zutaten für 2 Portionen:

• 450g Frozen spinach
• 300g raw noodles
• 100ml vegetable broth
• 200ml vegan cream
• pine nuts
• grain Mix
• flaxseeds
• vegetable broth or plant milk
• salt, pepper

Zubereitung

For this super simple one-pot dish, the spinach must first be defrosted in a pot or heated on a low heat. Then add the vegan cream, vegetable broth and the noodles. Simmer everything on medium heat until the noodles have become soft and soaked. If liquid is missing, just add some vegetable broth or vegetable milk. The pine nuts and the grain mix can be roasted in a frying pan before, or otherwise, just add them directly to the pot. Season everything with salt and pepper. Finally, arrange everything with flaxseed. Bon appetite!
